红人营销红人开发信模板

注意事项

1.红人调研的时候尽量找到红人的名字,不要群发邮件,而是针对每个红人自身频道,账号,利基等特点进行个性化发信,这种邮件往往虽然发信时间长,但是回复率更高,更有机会获取合作机会,最起码混个脸熟,群发一次你可能就被拉黑了。

2.简单介绍自己公司和产品即可,重点放在谈和我们合作能够给红人带去什么,比如他们能获利(我们付多少钱,或者我们能够提佣,大部分都是直接给钱),能够帮助他们发送赠品增加粉丝黏性,我们的产品和他们账号利基类目或发展方向相符,有助于他们做出更多优质内容,等等。一句话,多讲实用的,少讲情怀。

3.邮件标题直接点题,别写一大段废话,当然也别忘了写标题

4.红人或其团队会自行抉择是否合作,邮件里面尽量别在锚文本埋链接,认真设计一个邮件签名,有官网的话在你的签名处做个官网,没有的话就不留,邮件内放一张合适尺寸的产品图即可,别搞太复杂。

5.除非产品特殊,和LGBTQ类的红人合作要慎重考虑。

6.用Gmail,Outlook,yahoo等国外主流邮箱发信,尽可能不要用群发软件。

7.从成本考虑,20万以上的订阅的热门类目YouTube频道,8万以上的Instagram 红人,50万以上的tiktoker,建议次级考虑

  3. Can I give you…..(产品) for free ?

首次发信(冷启动)注意事项


红人每天会收到大量的私信,邮件,所以在确定的情况下,对于有一定粉丝量的红人,要选择给红人的商业咨询邮箱发邮件,如果是tiktok的小型创作者,粉丝量小(且没有找到联系邮箱的情况下)可以尝试私信。

第一封冷启动邮件,我们需要和红人建立一个良好的开端关系,哪怕后面红人拒绝了,也能混个脸熟,今后还有机会。

常见的套路:

  • 我们看了你的某一个视频或某一系列视频,我们非常认同,觉得很棒,和我们品牌的某款产品结合,相信你能创造出更优质或更有吸引力的内容
  • 我们的某个产品很棒,我们发现你的粉丝群体大部分都对我们的这类产品很感兴趣,如果你有合作意向,我们可以为你的粉丝提供专属折扣
  • 我们品牌的用户反馈很喜欢你的创作内容,相信与我们合作可以给你带来粉丝的增长

Here are some details below:

  • We’ll send you [要测评的这个产品] in your preferred color along with a refill pack so you can see what that refill experience is like.
  • We are open to different video concepts, but could see a dedicated review or unboxing video working quite well.【大一点的红人比较重视创作自由,小红人因为收不到足够的广告费,可以写一些更具体的要求,比如我们希望你在视频里面出现我们的亚马逊店铺页面,FB主页页面,Instagram主页等等,如果品牌名比较容易发音每次提及都要念清我们的品牌名,5分钟提及至少次品牌名,视频讲到品牌语音关键词也可以被识别,如果品牌名不好发音,可以请红人要着重给我们品牌Logo一个特写,或者展示一下我们的网站或亚马逊店铺,当然普货无标的可以不考虑】
